Since its foundation in 2008, 4finance has provided more than 11,500,000 Single Payment, Line of Credit and Instalment Loans totalling over EUR 4.0 billion. The company is proud of being a responsible lender who is upfront and transparent about the loans they offer.
Due to a rapid growth and ambitious business goals, 4finance found themselves in a situation where they quickly needed to extend the capacity of their IT team. Recruiting, on-boarding and training adequate IT specialists was a time-consuming and costly process and 4finance needed a much faster solution to support their services with minimum disruption.
Future Processing had previously worked on a project for 4finance where we developed two modules for their Enterprise Loans Platform – an accounts building module for registering loans and a campaign management module for loan marketing.
This familiarity with Future Processing meant that 4finance were confident to choose us again and, in December 2016, we started to provide the company with a support and maintenance service.
We delivered an experienced development team consisting of back- and frontend developers and a quality assurance expert. The specialists knew each other and worked together well, and the team did not require training, since Future Processing already knew the domain of both 4finance and the wider financial industry, thanks to our other work in the sector. We also possessed technical knowledge required, and knew the technical stack used at our client’s company.
This meant that 4finance quickly had an adequate team in place that was able to start working for them almost from the word ‘go’.
